Who qualifies as a consumer:

• Individual persons purchasing for personal use
• Non-commercial use of the digital products
• Purchase not related to professional or business activities

Business customers: If you are purchasing as a business, commercial entity, or for professional use, the withdrawal right does not apply under EU law.

Why this exception exists:

• Digital content cannot be "returned" once accessed
• Immediate delivery is typically requested by customers
• Prevents abuse of the withdrawal right for digital goods

Your express consent: When purchasing, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose your withdrawal right upon download or license activation.

Quality guarantee: Even without withdrawal rights, you are protected by our quality guarantee and have the right to a refund if the product is defective or not as described.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract (purchase date).

When the period starts:

• From the day you receive the purchase confirmation email
• From the day you gain access to the digital content
• Regardless of whether you actually download or use the plugin

When the period ends:

• After 14 calendar days (including weekends and holidays)
• At midnight of the 14th day
• Immediately upon download or license activation (whichever comes first)

What happens to downloaded content: If you have already downloaded the plugin before withdrawal (which would actually invalidate the withdrawal), you must delete all copies and cease using the software.
